Dog Bite And Attacks
Dog and animal attacks represent some of the most devastating personal injuries anyone can suffer.
Statistics show that every year the number of persons injured from a bite or knockdown from an aggressive dog increases. Unfortunately, the majority of these victims are children. Dog attacks can be life-altering events that frequently cause nerve damage, permanent scars and psychological trauma. You need to call me if you or a family member have suffered such an injury so we can promptly investigate the incident to determine if there was a violation of the Dog Law or if there was negligence or recklessness on the part of the dog owner(s). In Pennsylvania, a dog does not get “one free bite” (regardless of what others say) if the dog has shown any dangerous propensities or if the dog is unleashed and not under the control of the dog owner at the time the dog in injures you.
